Where do I obtain the E-partner software and the lender’s data base ????
The real estate sales personnel that I have talked to state that they know how to do short sales, but when pressed for the specifics they’re not sure how to proceed, or state that they have some company that does the short sale for them.

Never done anything like this. I have been electrician for 15 years owned a lawn business so I do have a little in the brain department. I have a newbe realestate agent, whom is georgeouse. And I also know personaly one of the top remax agents in South Florida.
I would really like to help out people and make a little money at the same time, at least more than an out of work electrician.

I first read your profile on CRE Online but missed your webinar. I am very much interested in getting into real estate but do not have a mentor. What I need is someone to “spoon feed” me for the first couple deals. I also need a business model and lead generator. I have some leads coming in which could be profitable, but I do not know what to do with them? If we can talk I would appreciate that and would like to make some good income in this business? I am located in IL and I know there are some areas near Chicago that people are walking away from beautiful homes just to get from underneath them.
