    I am a Canadian citizen, Can I invest in real state in US ? Will lenders be willing to lend me money?

    Phil, I was hoping that you are maybe willing to cut me a deal like you got. I would be your student and you are my momentoir. I will split the profits fifty/fifty with you on my first deal. I am looking to do this for quiet some time and I need a break for someone that is willing to work with me. I dont have much money to work with and thought it dont hurt to ask. Thanks Scott

    This was fantastic information. I agree completely. I have been in the real estate business for a long time and I can see what you are talking about is on target. Thanks for the info. Short sales are where we need to be to help this economy get back on its feet. Home sellers need investors working with them.

    Hi Phil,

    Lesson 1 has some great information and I’m looking forward to the rest of your course.

    I live in Hawaii and like the rest of the United States there are hundreds if not thousands of homes in Preforclosure, Forclosure ans Short Sale status.

    I’m ready to get started however like others, I will need some help because funds/money is very tight. Is there some way to get my first deal going and then cover whatever it may cost to work with you and your Team?

    Please let me know as I want to get moving in this exciting venture…

    I’m a newbie and i thought short-sale was very hard to complete. This info is awesome and I think if I had the right tools I can do this. great Info.
