I really could use this if it truely works. My financial situation is to say the least dire at this point.
I want to make enough to take care of my son, and save enough up for his college education.
This could possibly be a life changing event for us. I look forward to hearing more!
Hello Phil,
Thank you for the step by step on how to get started. I enjoyed this video and I was on the call for Thursday. I was excited to hear that people are really processing and closing deals on the call.
Hello, I would like to try your lesson, but I am one of the people that you talk about been upside down. How can your lessons help me?
Phil,
Can I really do this without being a Real Estate Agent, investor or had nothing to do with short sales before?
Boise, Idaho.
Yes. Check out Michele Evans in the Success Stories. She was a mother of 3 kids with no prior experience whatsoever. None. She had never even held a job before in her life. Made over $140,000 in 2009 and is poised to make a whole lot more in 2010
Many of our students have made big money without using any money out of their pocket to get the deal done. We’ve had some students borrow funds from family or friends to get started with our program and then pay them back a few months later when they closed their first deal. That’s how we can help you. We can help you make money with real estate.
Thank you ever so much, Phil.
Your course sounds like every other guru out there, although the fact that you actually go in on deals with your students makes sense. I paid for a mentor and it just doesn’t work out. There is too much work to be done, even with instructors that don’t have students. You pay for someone to be there for you but after you pay them you can’t get ahold of them. I’ve gone to meet sellers and they expect me to be an expert. They are putting their finances in my hands and then I can’t move forward because the guy that I paid is on vaction for two weeks! My opinion is you’re either exceptional with instructional videos or just like all the other gurus.

I am going to take a short sale class with Nick Tang on March 27 and 28. I know that you associate with Nick. If I had not signed up for his class I would have signed up for your Mentorship class. I took Rich Dad classes and I lost four short sales because my mentor did give me the best advice.

I’m not that computer literate so it may take me little more time to keep up with you,but i’m a realtor
and donot have much money right now.
thsnk you

Looking forward to next lesson..
I have no idea who Nick Tang is. Never spoke nor heard of him. I do not associate with him. Sorry you were given bad advice. There is a ton of bad advice out there. The key is to only take advice from people who have closed hundreds if not thousands of deals. It’s deal closings that separate the men from the boys. Good luck in your quest for quality investing information.
Very informative and well explained.
Looking forward to more lessons and to get started.
Will look forward to your support and guidance.

Hi Phil, do you deal with short sale under 200k?
About the Memorandum of agreement do you have to be present in the city where the property is located?
ENJOY THE FIRST LESSON. PHIL THANKS FOR THE OPPORTUNITY. I LOOK FORWARD FOR THE NEXT LESSON. EXCELLENT UPDATES R/T SHORT SALES.
Phil: I am a licensed Realtor in AZ and have been for 35 years. My only concern with becoming
your partner is that it may cause a conflict with the Real Estate Department. Your system sounds good, but i wouldn’t want to have that problem. If you cannot work with me, please refund my $997 and I will be o.k. with that. Wright Thomas
I guess you were lucky to find a mentor to help you get started in your investing career without having to pay to him several thousand of dollars to get started. I know everyone has to make money and i would like to be one of them. I do not have those kind of funds right now and yet i have the time and ambition to go out and learn and make the money, if i could get the right mentor to assist me to start with. Is there any program to pay and you make your deals??? I will still listen to what you have to say and if that is enough to get me going i thank you very much in advance…..Fran
I did have to pay. I referred Pee Wee football on the weekends to save up the money to pay him. And that was before the days of having a Lender Database, ePartner and all the incredible tools we provide you with. You’re best bet is to raise some money by parking cars, waiting tables, referring Pee Wee football, etc, so that you can invest in an education that will get you to where you want to go in life. It’s amazing how many options open up to you in life when you have just a little bit of money.
Most of the people on our team are licensed agents as well! We love being licensed. Your fears are probably unfounded. But make sure you review your local rules and regulations before embarking on anything new.
Yes, we’re not picky … under $200k has plenty of opportunity.
Memo? No. Anywhere is fine.
By the way, please use the Instant Messaging system in ePartner to ask these types of questions. The blog is not something I have an entire staff of people checking every 5 minutes like the Instant Messaging system in ePartner
