    Phil, when submitting a short sale package, don’t you have to have to submit a proof of funds letter? How do you get around this if you don’t have the money?

    what if I can not access to proof of fund letter, is that mean that short sale is not possible for me? I thought there is no money or credit and we are not buying the property.

    Hi Phil,

    Sorry to bother you, but I took a short sale course recently, and know a whole lot about properties. However, I do not know handle them the way I need to. When the person I am dealing with realizes that he/she is dealing with a rookie, the phone calls stop coming. Not that I think; but I know that I need your help.
