Phil….thank you for the right forms. Today i found a short sale for 75k a 3bdrm 1bth with attatched garage…and didnt have the forms now i do.

what do I need from you to do shortsale, if I can get a property under contract.That up size down on the mortgage.How do I contact the right person from your department.
You need our proprietary Lender Database in order to know how to work with each individual bank most efficiently (who to talk to, what to say, what to send them, etc.)
Hi Phil, I have a short sale deal that was referred to an associate of mines who claims he can do the short for my client, he contacted the home owner who is located in the Jacksonville, Florida area, and all the paper work has been submitted to him to proceed with contacting the bank, and a bpo has been done, an offer to the bank has been denied, and right now he is looking for a real estate agent to list the property.
Question, this hire hand has not been doing a decent job in communicating with me or the home owner about what is going on at this point in the process, and has had the deal for about 90 days now is it to late for me to step in and have all the documents transfer over to a competent person who can do a better job at keeping the home owner in the loop?
This property is valued at $170k with an existing mortgage of $132k with less 2k in repairs.
The home owner has been getting mail from someone from a mortgage company to make payment arrangements to settle the debt, but no notice of default has been sent to her as of this writing.
If this is a deal that is worth the time for your staff and myself then can you let me know ASAP?
