   Hi Phil,

   I do not mean to “jump the gun” before your next webinar; but if I have to negotiate properties with banks myself, wouldn’t it be proper for me to know where to start?
   I must have a contract, and I have to know more about the seller, and his or her reasons for selling the property.
   The forms and paperwork involved, etc. How do I hanle all that?

   I am sorry for the typo, but negotiating with the banks myself needs a little bit of expertise. Also the paperwork involved, connecting with the title company or Real Estate lawyer, etc.; all that require me know what I am doing or talking about.
