  6. Vigdis says:

Sounds good. Do you recommend any books for someone who knows nothing about real estate?

  7. Albertis McCray says:

Man, this is amazing. I already own the Epartner services but have been nervous about getting started. Tutorials are the best. Question I have is, once I get the house under contract, do i just follow the step step (i.e. pre-signup, due diligence, etc..). Still alittle confused about the process. Cant wait to take the plunge!

  8. Pre Sign Up is the step prior to getting a property under contract. Due Diligence occurs after you have signed the deal up.

  9. I’m extremely biased when I say that I would suggest my newest home study course I’ll be releasing in the coming weeks. It is over 800 pages of the most advanced real estate investing training on the planet. Stay tuned!

  10. Vigdis says:

I can’t get past what’s being said out there about inflation and then deflation. Who will be able to buy anything. My concern is selling my purchase.

  11. Buyers are everywhere all the time. We’re dealing with residential real estate. People don’t buy houses based on inflation or deflation. They buy houses because they need a place to live, they are getting married and want to upgrade, they are retiring and need to downgrade. People buy homes for reasons outside of economic in many cases. You’re over thinking this. Buyers are everywhere.
