Our Response: WRONG! No wonder you’re having so much difficulty with real estate! You’re going about it all wrong. If you “sell” people with salesmanship skills and persuasion you’ll fail everytime. We teach the EXACT OPPOSITE! You should be working with people who really want to work with you. If you try to “sell” someone on selling you their property, then they will be very apt to back out of the deal. If, on the other hand, the person really wants you to buy the property, they will stick with their origianl decision (people support the decisions they make) until the deal closes. So my advice is that you eliminate “salesmanship and persuasion skills” from your thinking. Otherwise, you’ll keep getting what you are getting.
I am glad you brough this topic up because I am sure there are many mis-guided and confused investors out there that don’t realize just how destructive “selling” someone on doing a real estate deal really is.
